Acknowledged as one of the safest countries in the world to visit, Zambia’s welcoming people live in peace and harmony. The wildlife is superb and some of the finest safaris on the planet are available here. Add to this the spectacular Victoria Falls and Zambia is a must for lovers of the natural world.
Best time to go
Lowland areas of Zambia are tropical, with high temperatures and humidity in the rainy season from November to March. Conditions in the upland regions of the country are temperate. With a sub-tropical climate, its weather is defined by a marked wet and dry season rather than summer and winter. The dry season runs from May to October and is the best time to go Zambia for game viewing along with pleasantly mild daytime temperatures (although September and October get extremely hot).
